For all of our listings, we offer a “follow” feature that allows viewers to get updates when you update your listings. Parents who have shown interest in your classes are asked if they would like to receive news from you. If they say yes, then we will be added to a GDPR compliant list that you can gain easy access to. You can download and export this list for your own use!

We pride ourselves on offering manual customer support where we can, avoiding as many automated replies as possible. Many of us have been in that headspace: you are in the depths of frustration, you reach out to customer service and then need to deal with an automated message in response to a request for help. It’s easy to start seeing red when you go through that, and it’s the last thing we want for you. We have members of our customer support team working every day of the week (including weekends) to check up on any messages or enquiries, so you can be sure that we will always be there to help you when you need it.

We love to be able to help with a direct response from a customer support perspective, but sometimes the questions you need answers to aren’t about your booking system. It’s good to air out questions about the day-to-day running’s of your classes, and that’s why we’ve also created a useful support system through our providers-only Facebook group. It’s an ideal environment to converse about all the little things and air out your issues with like-minded individuals who also run baby and toddler classes.

Our mission is always at the forefront of what we do!

Since 2017, Happity’s mission has been to end loneliness for parents. We have continuously pushed ourselves to not only do so, but also to make a difference for young parents who are struggling with either loneliness or Postnatal Depression. Through Emily’s Shoutie Selfie campaign, fighting for baby and toddler support to open during the pandemic, offering regular resources for talking about PND and providing a platform for parents to share their stories with our #ThisIsFamily series, we are always doing what we can to make parents and classes in this sector feel seen and heard.

We want to end loneliness for new parents. We are, and always will be, driving to reach that goal.

It’s affordable

It costs just £37.50 + VAT per year (or less than £1 a week!) and we take just 3% commission (plus card processing fees). We are transparent with our costs, and you won’t be caught off guard with any extra hidden fees.  We charge this fee only to make sure that we can keep Happity running, and so have tried to keep the annual cost as small as possible.
